Jumping on that icon making bandwagon and did them for the main WP cast. :’D It was hard to get the colors and look just right though, especially for some of them. >-<;;

Doodle before work! With backstory! Mostly posting because I like how The Witch came out…cute face. :’D It’s weird to draw him with shorter hair. And younger.
ANYWAY forevz ago I had written a bunch of scenes of backstory for all of the witches - including of course our main witch buddy here - so I felt like sketching a bit from one of them. This is from when he and Odde first met about 13 years ago. :>
As you can tell, he’s not looking very intimidating or even witch-like yet haha He’s only been a witch for about a year. And unlike other witches who immediately went off doing dastardly things after getting their powers, he spent his first year wandering around having an identity crisis and being depressed. (GOOD JOB, BRO.)
And just when he started getting his act together, this happens and he meets Odde and Helena. He accidentally becomes an enemy of Helena (and consequently the other witches too), and starts off his friendship with Odde.
…Mostly because Odde started following him around and he rolled with it because he was lonely anyway. Any questions? xD
I am some kind of younger child/family drawing fix today.
SO some doodles of younger witch with his brothers. :’D He has 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He’s the youngest of his brothers, but not the youngest of the family. One of his sisters is a year younger. Eventually I’ll draw them too.
They’ve changed quite a bit though since they were kids. Well, except for Anders. STAY CONSISTENT, ANDERS. HE WAS BORN WITH THAT SERIOUS FACE AND IT NEVER CHANGED SINCE.
…I like his family. :D

One of my favorite things of chapter 2 is getting to see more of the friendship between the Witch & Odde. They’ve been friends a long time!

Just thought I’d share a bit from the latest pages of Witch’s Promise that I’ve sketched. :B I am still way behind on chapter 2’s progress though…
These are also my 2nd sketch layer. My first layer never gets shown to anybody. Because it’s awful scribbles. :’D Some of the 2nd layer are inked, but often times I sketch it a 3rd time to make it better before inking. I color code my layers so I always know which stage of sketching it’s on - blue is 1st, red is 2nd, green is 3rd, and (if needed) purple is 4th.
PS also feel free to ask me stuff today! Ask me a question about WP, my characters, other projects I’m working on, me, WHATEVZ. I’ll answer anything! I’ll try to answer them before I have to go to work. If I don’t get to it though, I’ll answer them tomorrow. Promise! :>
